PRIVATE Studio Pilates session
One-on-one training. This is a totally individualised session focusing on your specific needs and goals. After your initial assessment, we incorporate both Pilates Mat work and Studio equipment to assist your specific needs, conditions or injuries. A private session is highly recommended for the beginner or anyone recovering from an injury.
Specialised programs for older adults and clients with physical limitations are available.
DUET Studio Pilates
Two-on-one training. Great if you wish to train with another! Could be husband/wife, best friends, or any two people training in the studio at the same time. The session is still tailored to each persons individual needs.
Note – In Studio sessions, various Pilates equipment such as the reformer, cadillac and Wunda Chair are used. All of which have been based upon your physical capabilities & requirements & what you wish to achieve.
Introductory Pack $99 (available to all first timers)
Includes 2 Sessions:
- Your first session includes a detailed health consultation (1hour)
- Your own one-on-one Pilates session (1 hour)
A detailed health history will be taken incorporating a postural assessment, in order to ascertain the specific areas affecting your health and well-being. A safe an individual program will then be tailored to suit your needs.
A further appointment can then scheduled in and your new Pilates journey to health will begin.
3 pack – $240 / 5 pack ~$390 / 10 pack ~ $750
Duet ~ $60 per person. Maximum 2 clients in these sessions training at the same time.

Pilates Mat Prices/Class Times – $49 intro / 3 classes
Pilates Classes – All levels, Restorative, Slow Flow, Older Adult, Stretch & Flexibility.
Individual attention & correction is given to all participants which enables you to set a strong Pilates Foundation. Maximum 10 participants to a class.

Pilates Essential Mat ~ Wednesdays 7am
This class focuses on a series of exercises essential for the learning of the Pilates Method.
The Focus will be on breath, concentration, alignment, precision and flow. This class will leave you feeling centered and grounded.
Movements are gentle yet precise and provide strength and flexibility leaving you feeling taller and stronger. You will gain improved posture awareness and learn how to correctly activate your core and essential muscles in your whole body. Pilates equipment may be added for variety.
As time passes intensity can be increased as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
Class is suitable for beginners and anyone wanting to go back to basics. All ages welcome.
Restore & Strengthen Pilates – Wednesdays 9.30am
This Pilates Mat class is a great way to start your Pilates journey. This class is designed for anyone that has trouble with flexibility and movement. It’s aimed to assist with movement in the joints, strengthen, tone, and lengthen all over. It’s great for those starting off at any age and great for the older adult. Open to all levels as the class will offer appropriate modifications. Thera bands & various equipment may be used to assist movement and add variety.
Restore & Release with Pilates ~ Saturdays 8.15am Ideal for reducing aches & pains, assists with flexibility and movement ease. Suitable for all.
This class is about releasing and unlocking tight muscles and gaining mobility and flexibility throughout stiff or tight joints. The class is focused on fascia release together with gentle movement.
With the assistance of breath, allow your body to receive some well learnt care to melt away stress, tightness and tension. With the aids of balls, bands and various equipment, you will feel like a new person after the class – gain a sense of freedom and relaxation.
Circuit Pilates ~ to be advised
A semi challenging but fun workout using one’s own bodyweight and various equipment such as balls, rollers and Thera-bands to tone and strengthen your abdominals. A full body workout that will leave you uplifted and refreshed, ready to tackle your day! Studio equipment will also be used for bonus variety. Suitable for all levels – modifications given when required.
Home Visits Available – $110 – $120 per hour (price based on your location)
If you prefer to train at your home Mat Pilates Sessions are available.
Small group Mat Classes can also be arranged at your home.
